We also measure and rank the skills of 10 major global industries. Of the 82 countries surveyed, Australia, Singapore, and Sweden ranked as the best places to invest in the next five years, if you consider tech readiness an important criterion. These are followed by the US, Japan, Finland, and a handful of other countries in Europe, notably France, Germany, and the Netherlands. The Index country ranking has the top 20 countries with their levels of ICT access, use and skills. It means that these countries have the best access, use and skills in information and communication technology today. In 2015, South Korea made the top of the list.
